Youth Hammer Club Information

Narthex Wargaming runs a youth hammer club for all the young, inspiring wargamers out there. It is ran down at the Narthex Wargaming centre every Saturday between 10am and 1pm. PLEASE GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE FOR YOUTH CLUB SIGNUP.

For all information regarding the Youth hammer club, please refer to the information below.

1. Youth hammer club members will get the amazing opportunity to play a variety of wargames including Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, Warcry, Kill Team, Necromunda, Blood Bowl, Heroquest & much more.
They can either bring their own models and armies or they can use a range of models and armies provided in store. If youth members are interested in learning a new game system, either from Warhammer or even other systems, our fantastic staff members will be on hand and are more than happy to teach them.

2. Speaking of staff members, we have two staff members who run the Youth Hammer Club down at Narthex, their names are John and Kris, both are DBS checked and both have backgrounds in working with kids, either working as teachers or running previous Youth Clubs.
(They have both built an absolutely fantastic, safe and amazing space for the current Youth Club Members, everyone has a great time, great laughs and overall just a fun and positive experience.)

3. New members will get the wonderful opportunity of playing wargames with other like-minded, friendly and fun youth club members their own age who love wargaming as much as they do.

4. The price for a youth hammer club member to play every Saturday will be £2 per member.

5. Narthex provides a wide variety of drinks, chocolate and crisps, please ask a staff member while you are in store for what we have to offer.

6. If your child is 10 or under, we kindly ask that a parent remains with their child for the duration of the club, if they are 10 or over, they can be left in the care of John & Kris our staff members.

If you are interested as a parent in signing up your child for the club or if you are interested as a youth member in signing up to the club, please read the following instructions for getting signed up.

First off, there are two documents both parents, guardians and youth club members must go through.

These documents need to be printed off, filled in and handed in to one of the Narthex Wargaming members of staff. Alternatively, pop down to the Narthex Wargaming store and ask one of the staff members for sheets.
